Chambers and tribunals

The Chamber is headed by the Chamber President, Mr Andrew Veitch.

There are legal, medical and disability members.  Dependent on the benefit decision appealed against, the Tribunal may consist of one, two or three members.  When they consider and decide a case they are referred to as a tribunal

The tribunal will not publish details of any individual appeal decisions but will publish a commentary on points of interest arising from appeals, anonymising any identifying information.
